Meet Your Trainer

Rachel Dudik

Certified Fitness Instructor

Rachel is a certified fitness instructor, healthy eating and weight loss coach and personal trainer. She has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Western University. She loves helping people reach their fitness goals showing them what they are capable of. In addition to being a coach, instructor and trainer, Rachel is also a physiotherapist assistant. Her experience in the rehab setting is carried over in her fitness career by ensuring proper form, recovery and injury prevention. As your coach, Rachel will be there with you every step of the way to make your fitness journey an enjoyable one.
