GRIT METHOD WORKOUTS
GRITLABS Circuit Training offers 2 workout programs: HIIT high-intensity interval training (formerly BOOT CAMP) & low-Intensity LIFT. Both workout programs are geared to build endurance, lean muscle and tone your entire body, but also improve your mental toughness and perseverance.
HIIT (formerly BOOT CAMP)
50 MINUTE HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUT

Combination of cardio and strength training
A high-intensity interval training, based around old-school moves of running, squatting and lifting for a full body cardio workout.

LIFT
50 MINUTE LOW-INTENSITY WORKOUT

Low intensity, low impact Strength Training with weights. No cardio.
A strength workout with resistive movements that utilize barbells, dumbbells, medicine and exercise balls, kettlebells, and body weight.
Sessions are focused on major muscle groups, segregated on different days of the week. The 4 LIFT class types: Full Body, Lower Body & Upper Body.
