GRIT METHOD WORKOUTS
GRITLABS circuit training offers two workout programs: Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and LIFT. Your body won’t change unless you encourage it to—here’s how we make it happen:
HIIT (formerly BOOT CAMP)
HIIT classes focus on short periods of all-out work (cardio and strength circuits) followed by short periods of active rest to make the body work harder than it would during steady-state cardio. Short work intervals paired with a short rest period ensure you maintain a high heart rate to burn calories at a higher rate. These classes hit all the major muscle groups with a ton of variety—you rarely do the same program twice— so we can target that fat-burning zone and increase calorie burn, stamina, and heart health. Get in the best shape of your life (and look like it too).

LIFT
LIFT classes are made to get you strong and sweaty. Focusing on proper fitness concepts and safe weight training practices, our LIFT programs are scheduled into four weekly classes— Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body LIFT— and in two-week cycles. This split allows enough muscular stimulus for growth and development and enough time between lift sessions to recover fully. Plus, you get a brand-new set of workouts every two weeks. Combining main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift and press) and explosive and isolated strength training, you will be on your way to building incredible endurance with this specially-designed programming.
LIFT classes are all about progressive overload: Week-over-week, we increase the challenge of weight, resistance, reps and volume so you can continually gain muscle growth, strength, and endurance. Looking for an athletic, strong and powerful body? This will do it.

Our personal trainers are experienced, inspired and eager to help you crush your goals. Our customized sessions are results-based, scheduled at your convenience and held in our fully equipped premium training facility. In addition to targeted workouts, our personal training program includes personalized nutrition, programmed solo workouts and private team training. We supply all the tools, guidance and support, so all you need to think about is your progress.
GRIT KIDS

Made for kids ages 4 to 14, our youth fitness classes are designed to teach healthy habits and a love for fitness while they’re young. We keep it active, encouraging and supportive so they can have plenty of fun while doing it. 45 minutes.
