There’s no need to feel nervous! Here’s what you need to know before your first group training class:

Unlike other gyms or studios, we don’t intend to just sell you a membership without ever seeing you again. Ultimately, we want you to achieve your goals. And that involves more than just one workout. If you need help with grocery shopping, meal planning, binge eating, or motivation, we will be there every step of the way. We go beyond the traditional fitness studio, and aim to get you what you need.

  • Arrive 20 minutes early so that we can provide a brief overview of what to expect and get you set-up.
  • Bring a water bottle, workout gear, towel and training shoes. We cover the rest!

GRITLABS offers boot camps with combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Strength Training, focusing on fat loss, body conditioning, endurance, and simply being healthy & happy. Designed to be fun & unique every day, each 45-minute session is raw, surprising, filled with high energy and pumping music.

Once you have signed up, you can book a class through the web portal here or you can download the Zen Planner app on your iPhone or Android device, then ask our staff for login info to the app.

Morning and weekend class cancellations must be made by 9:00pm the night before class. 

Afternoon and evening class cancellations must be made three hours before class time. 

Any late cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged according to a strike system.  The first two (2) “no-shows” or strikes will be free of charge. Beginning with the third strike a fee of $10 + HST will be charged. Grit Labs Inc. will reset the strike clock every 90 days. 

We advise you to first speak with your doctor. If the doctor clears you, mention your injury to the coach at the facility and they can help you modification exercises.  

However, you must stop exercising if there is any discomfort. 

We suggest asking your doctor first & getting recommendations on the best exercises depending on your overall health & fitness levels. 

We welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to go at your own pace. Feel free to discuss or ask any questions about the workout with our coaches before the class.

Please arrive 5-minutes early for the class. You will need training gear i.e. shoes & clothing, water bottle & a towel. 

Members must be at least 14 years old to attend our regular classes and must be accompanied by an adult. All member under 18 years of age, must have a parent/legal guardian signature.
