EnduroGrit is a fitness program that incorporates resistance, functional and endurance methods of training. Combination of these methods into an objective workout allows for an increase in endurance and strength.
This training can help prepare individuals for different endurance based based events such as obstacle course racing, triathlon, hyrox, and several different mid and short distance races.
Each class will last between 90 min in which athletes will be challenged in longer time domains. Guided and planned intensities will help develop greater work capacity and muscular endurance.
