In each class, our instructors combine short circuits of work with brief recovery segments. This provides the ultimate fat burning workout, which boosts your metabolic rate and improves your overall fitness. With combined body weight training with resistance, you improve your cardiovascular fitness, core stability, and overall muscle strength and tone.
