In each class, our instructors combine short circuits of work with brief recovery segments. This provides the ultimate fat burning workout, which boosts your metabolic rate and improves your overall fitness. With combined body weight training with resistance, you improve your cardiovascular fitness, core stability, and overall muscle strength and tone. You burn the MAXIMUM amount of calories in a MINIMAL amount of time. Every class we mix it up – giving you something to look forward to and providing a new and unique challenge each and every time.

HIIT is a highly effective way to burn major calories in a short period of time. You work every muscle in your body by combining compound movements with boot camp.
