WHY GRIT WORKS
STICKING TO THE BASICS
Each boot camp session is meticulously designed to push you beyond your limits, while also allowing for adequate rest. All classes are run in an old fashioned way with a whistle and stopwatch. Your nutrition is also taken back to the basics. We will teach you how to cook clean and real food, as opposed to relying on pre-packed, frozen, and microwavable meals or snacks. We believe in a sustainable nutrition approach, including eating all of the essential nutrients required by the human body, such as carbs, fats, protein, water, minerals, and vitamins. We don’t follow any set diet, like keto, paleo, or Atkins. Instead, we focus on what your body needs to function at its best and for you to feel your best.
BEYOND THE WORKOUT
Unlike other gyms or studios, we don’t intend to just sell you a membership without ever seeing you again. Ultimately, we want you to achieve your goals. And that involves more than just one workout. If you need help with grocery shopping, meal planning, binge eating, or motivation, we will be there every step of the way. We go beyond the traditional fitness studio, and aim to get you what you need.
