BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS

50 minute classes every day (7 days a week)

Outdoor Boot Camp:

Mon-Thurs: 6.00 a.m. & 8:00 p.m

Friday: 6.00 a.m.

Sat & Sun: 7:00 a.m.

Indoor Boot Camp:

Mon-Fri: 6:00 p.m.

Sat & Sun: 9:00 a.m.

*Time Zone for all classes is Eastern Standard Time.

NEW TO GRITLABS?

There’s no need to feel nervous! Here’s what you need to know before your first group training class:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early so that we can provide a brief overview of what to expect and get you set-up.
  • Bring a water bottle, workout gear, towel and training shoes. We cover the rest!
