Mon: 6:00 a.m, 7.15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Tues: 6:00 a.m, 7.15 a.m., 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Wed: 6:00 a.m, 7.15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Thurs: 6:00 a.m, 7.15 a.m., 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Fri: 6:00 a.m, 7.15 a.m., 9:30 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.

Sat & Sun: 7:45 a.m. & 9:00 a.m.

*Time Zone for all classes is Eastern Standard Time.

There’s no need to feel nervous! Here’s what you need to know before your first group training class:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early so that we can provide a brief overview of what to expect and get you set-up.
  • Bring a water bottle, workout gear, towel and training shoes. We cover the rest!
