Goal-Oriented Strength and Mobility Training
With the small group personal training sessions, you’ll work through various training methods like Supersets, Compound Sets, Pyramid Sets, Drop Sets, and Functional Movements, all leading up to a comprehensive Fitness Test in the final week. This structured approach provides variety and challenges tailored to all fitness levels. Exercises are adapted to fit your needs and ensure maximum effectiveness and safety.
You’ll also get expert nutrition and supplement advice to boost your training results. Weekly Inbody Scans will give you detailed insights into your body composition, allowing you to adjust your fitness plan as needed.
