The class is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule, with our 45-minute sessions held at 8:00 p.m. on two days each week and limited to just 8 participants. The first session each week focuses on upper body, while the second targets lower body.

Goal-Oriented Strength and Mobility Training

Over a 6-week program, you’ll work through various training methods like Supersets, Compound Sets, Pyramid Sets, Drop Sets, and Functional Movements, all leading up to a comprehensive Fitness Test in the final week. This structured approach provides variety and challenges tailored to all fitness levels. Exercises are adapted to fit your needs and ensure maximum effectiveness and safety.

You’ll also get expert nutrition and supplement advice to boost your training results. Weekly Inbody Scans will give you detailed insights into your body composition, allowing you to adjust your fitness plan as needed.
