Your fitness doesn’t have to come to a stand still due to the current lockdown. Life carries on and while you manage everything else from work to chores, we take care of your fitness with pre-designed 50 minute high intensity boot camp sessions delivered LIVE through zoom.

  • 50 minute high intensity virtual boot camp
  • Weighted sessions: 1 heavy and 1 light weight required per participant
  • Weights can be loaned to members
  • Upbeat music streamed directly to your speakers
  • Led by 2 trainers – all exercises are demonstrated and modified
  • Live zoom workouts + playback available 24/7

HOW IT WORKS

  • Please book your class at least 30 minutes in advance of class start time.
  • Once a class is booked you will be able to see the ZOOM link & password on your mobile
  • The same link will also be emailed to 10 minutes before class
  • Upbeat music streamed directly to your speakers

Mon: 6:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Tues: 9:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Wed: 6:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Thurs: 9:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Fri: 6:30 a.m. & 9:30 a.m.

Sat: 9:00 a.m.

Sun: 10:00 a.m.

*Time Zone for all classes is Eastern Standard Time.

The GRITLABS virtual workouts are AMAZING! It is hands down the best online workout i’ve done this past year! (and i’ve tried a lot!)

I get the same intense workout in the comfort of my home …and I am always greeted by their smiling faces. Kanika and Anshul pivoted very quickly when the lockdown hit, and designed all their workouts to suit an online format that is easy to do at home. Not much space is required and I get a serious sweat on!

The instructions are clear through their large monitor and mic pack system in their home. The music is pumping and I am soooo happy to have this amazing virtual workout to look forward to throughout the week.
