Our Schedule
Gritlabs Fitness offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. Whether you prefer early morning sessions or late evening classes, we have options available throughout the week. Group Training – LIFT
Engage every muscle with our Upper, Lower, or Full Body Lifts, each following a 2-week cycle of varied reps, sets, and weights to build strength, muscle, and better body composition. Learn safe weight training while increasing load and intensity. Focus on quality reps, proper form, and a full range of weights.

Group Training – HIIT
HIIT follows a 2-week cycle of intense work/rest intervals to boost heart rate and recovery. You’ll rarely use weights, staying fresh for LIFT. Short circuits plus brief rests build lean mass, improve cardio, and burn max calories-great for weight loss when time is short.

Group Training – Endurance HYRBID and GRHIIT
Endurance Hybrid and GRHIIT combine HIIT intensity with LIFT resilience, training both aerobic and anaerobic systems through fast-paced intervals. Build endurance, support strength, and push beyond standard workouts with strategic rest, expert guidance, and a dynamic challenge. Dive in to see real results.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training gives you the attention of Personal Training with sessions limited to 12 members. Supersets, Compound Sets, Pyramids, Drop Sets, and functional moves drive results. Strength work uses Smith machines and a multi-jungle cable tower, while cardio features high-end treadmills and RowErgs.

Grit Kids
Grit Kids (7-10) builds foundational skills with safe, fun movements (run, push, pull, jump) under trainer supervision, boosting confidence and healthy growth. Grit Youth (11-15) fosters discipline, teamwork, and athletic development with workouts building strength, speed, and coordination.

Baby in Bucket
Join our 6-week Baby in Bucket program, where mums work out while babies stay in a designated spot. Each 50-minute session is led by an experienced trainer, totaling 12 classes to keep you on track with your fitness goals.
