Casey Marjerrison

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I’m truly a believer that life is what we make it. We make our own paths with our actions and I’m here to give you the tools to make your life what you want. I got into personal training because I love to see people living empowered lives. The food we eat, the people we surround ourselves with, how we spend our time, all these things and more shape our wellness. My goal is to work with you to create custom personal programs and experiences for you to meet your goals and live your best life. 

My training and certifications incorporate nutrition, functional movement, strength and conditioning, and stress management. I use in person sessions, virtual sessions, recorded videos, and information packages to develop individualized programs to get you results and help you build your own toolbox of skills and knowledge.

  • ISSA certified Glute Specialist
  • Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition
  • Masters in Physics
  • Standard First Aid/CPR

Rachel Dudik

Certified Fitness Instructor

Rachel is a certified fitness instructor, healthy eating and weight loss coach and personal trainer. She has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Western University. She loves helping people reach their fitness goals showing them what they are capable of. In addition to being a coach, instructor and trainer, Rachel is also a physiotherapist assistant. Her experience in the rehab setting is carried over in her fitness career by ensuring proper form, recovery and injury prevention. As your coach, Rachel will be there with you every step of the way to make your fitness journey an enjoyable one.
